Redi-Rock’s the best option

Redi-Rock’s the best option

After looking at other options including bricks, steel piles and concrete, the Environment Agency chose CPM’s Redi-Rock modular walls to reconstruct the bridge over Old River Ancholme in Brigg, Lincolnshire. The wall, which is 85 meters long and 1.5 meters high, took just five days to construct by the Contractor, Interserve. The installed wall has been colour matched to blend in with the surrounding environment and is seen by the thousands of pedestrians that cross the County Bridge everyday. Following a site visit John O’Gara, CPM’s Specifications Manager, reported that everyone on site was very happy with the wall saying, “the wall fits in well along the river and both the Environment Agency and Interserve Contractors were happy with the speed in which they built the wall and the finish.”
